I have a 1997 Ford Explorer Sport. The drain tubes on my sun roof plugged and the water leaked on my steering wheel. I cleared the tubes and that is now fixed but now I have no Cruise or horn. Lights on my cruise buttons still work. Checked all fuses and relays to no avail. Anybody have any ideas on what to look for or how to fix? Thanks....

I think the horn goes through the CC switches, "ground". Probably rusted or corroded connections.

Thanks for your response!! Any idea where the rusted or corroded connections might be? I pulled the air bag but didn't see anything out of place. Would I have to pull the steering wheel. Where is the actual ground for the CC & Horn? Thanks Again!

Under the air bag black wire grounded to the steering wheel its self

NO, the steering wheel does not have to come off, but since water got into the CC switches, you might want to change them out with new ones just to be on the safe side, they are not that expensive, I just got a set off AMAZON for $25 for my 97' SPORT and they work great.
