I went to jump start my 2000 ford explorer this morning. When I got in, the vehicle had power, just not enough to start. I hooked up a battery charger to the jump start mode, and tried the ignition. It made one click and now I have zero power at all. No blinking theft light, nothing. I let the charger run for another 10-15 minutes on the highest setting hoping I would see the power return or at least the blinking theft light. Nothing.
This is the first time I have had any trouble. I did go ahead and replace the terminal connectors at the battery as they were corroded heavily, but that did not do the trick. I was wondering if I blew a fuse or something.
Any ideas?
