1994 Ford Explorer 2-door
My 1994 Ford Explorer Sport will not blow warm air out of any of the interior outlets. The thermostat is running in the normal range, fan motor runs in all the speeds. The controls seem to be working. The AC runs good and cold, but when I put the controls in heat mode no warm air, just cool air. I would appreciate any help in finding this problem. THANKS

Couple options; your Ex could have a heater bypass valve in the hoses running to the firewall. Your blend doors could have also failed, though I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

Well you'll have to eliminate some possibilities. When you slide the cold/hot selector back and forth you should be able to hear the blend door shut. If you don't hear nothing the cable might have come off. Does the heater core hoses feel hot on both while the motor is running. If its not then your core is plugged up. I had this problem with mine. There are some good Youtube videos on how to unclog it using an air compressor.

Thanks for the advice !
