no heat!

It just started getting cold around here and my heater decided to stop working. I have a '92 Explorer w 144,000 miles and never had a problem with the heat. Now i can put it on high on any setting and i get only a small current of air...any suggestions?

Can you be more specific? Does the fan not work? Or does it blow cold air? Does the temperature gauge on the dash read normally?

The fan blows hot air but at a much reduced rate, altough at higher rpm's it does pick up slightly. Temp gauge is normal.
