No places to buy cold air intake for the 5.0 anymore?

I still have my 5.0 99 eddie bauer and now that I'm older Iwant to put some mods onto it. I was looking for cold airs and Ifound the Mac but now its discontinued and feel Ihave no where else to turn except a regular intake but I'm not wasting my money on that. I need some help! Thank you!

That's just a MAF adapter and a filter, for $89...!
You can get the same thing on eBay for around $20.
