I have a 1998 Explorer XLT 4.0L SOHC 2wd, and reverse slips so bad it's non-functional. Also the trans slips at around 20-30, and won't really accelerate past 55 unless I barely throttle the gas. It has about 135K miles, and I plan to put a junkyard trans in it. What is the best place to buy a 5r55e, or can I throw a AOD or anything else in there. Thanks!
