No Signal on sat screen

My truck is only a week old and I have been using sat radio with no issues.

Yesterday No Signal came up on the screen.

Sat radio is working and playing just fine and I can see the song titles behind the No Signal message changing.

Anyone have any idea of what is going on?

If there a way to reboot the MFT??

Never mind... went trough a tunnel today and it changed from No Signal to Acquiring.

Once I came out of the tunnel, everything was back to normal.

Mine did the same thing on day 2. I had no tunnel near but I found a way to correct it. Simply did a channel scan and it went back to normal. I think the message gets stuck and any other message (acquiring, scanning, whatever) while on the sat screen clears it out.
