No sir coming thru vents

I have 04 explorer little or no air come thru front vents or onto the floorboard. The fan is on because I can hear it thru the different settings heat and cold are fine just not alot of air coming out of vents. Any comments on what to do would be great!

I know your air is not stuck on defrost, but this video shows a broken part at around 1:35 which when repaired by drilling a small hole and ziptying the parts together as shown in the video fixed my little to no air issue.
