no windows or dome lights

Hi all well yesterday i just got a 2000 mercury mountainer my problem is i think the GEM the previos owener allready replaced the door switchs all the relays under the hood and i just checked all the fuses on the side of the dash i am not sure cos the outher post that i read about the gem they where having problem with the 4x4 mine is awd v8 so i dont know about that and they where having problems with the raido and i am not the locks work wippers work good dahs lights work but the visor mirror lights dont work can anyone help me thanks

i see the outher post for this but none of them really have the fix for it and if it helps my sun roof is also inop
