Noise comes from Dashboard

Hello
I have Explorer 2005 , 170K KM, recently I am getting noise comes from the dashboard when I start the car. The noise comes only when the the car stop for 4 to 5 hours (in the morning and when I back home from work).
The noise will disappear after 2 to 3 minutes and also when I drive the car.
I toked the car to workshops and they couldn't find the problem

Just a guess, but when you hear the noise, reach over and either turn your heating/cooling control up or down and see if the noise goes away.
My 2003 makes a similar noise and doing that makes it go away.

I'm guessing the blower motor fan bearings may be shot.

I tried that. same noise is coming. the noise comes when the car warming up

You mean the Blow motor of AC? or what ?
The Noise comes from driver side not from Blower motor side.
