Well, after a brief hiatus, I'm back with a new explorer.
My first one was awesome, and tons of fun! I did a superlift 5.5" and threw on some 33's, andhad a ball!
My next one was more of a headache. Soooooooo much rust, electrical issues, tranny issues. I guess it was to be expected... It did have over a quarter million miles on it. I just wanted something a bit nicer. I did manage to have some fun with it though.
Now, I'm on to what will be my nicest one yet. A damn near perfect 93 eddie bauer. It's in great shape. The paint looks amazing, the interior has stood up extremely well, no dents or rust at all. I've got big plans for this one... Well, not really that big. I had such great luck with the superlift kit, that I'll probably go with that again. Instead of 33's on stock wheels, I'll probably go with a 35 on a black soft 8 or something. Anyhow, here's how she sits as of now.
It's great to be back in another X... And to have a reason to be back on this great forum!
