WHEN EVER I LOCK MY HUBS I COULD HEAR IT, AND WHEN I DRIVE OFF I COULD FEEL THE GRAB FROM THE WHEELS. THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I ENGAGE & DISENGAGE I ONLY HEAR ONE SIDE CLICKING (I ONLY HEAR THE DRIVER SIDE)

IS THIS A PROBLEM I SHOULD BE LOOKING INTO ? IS THIS USUALLY AN EXPENSIVE PROCEDURE ?

IF ANYONE HAS A CLUE JUST DROP ME AN E-MAIL THANKS.

to test if your hubs are engaging do the following: Put your transfer case in 4wd, jack up one front wheel of your truck. if your hub is working, it should not turn . if you un- lock the hub, the wheel should turn freely.

good luck

note: If either hub does not "lock", both front tires will not engage, all power will go to the un-locked tire.

First off..take the caps lock off, it denotes yelling and it's harder to read. Since you hear clicking I would try the test that frank talked about. If your hubs are bad, it would be best if you just upgrade them to warn hubs (do a search you'll find everything you'd ever need). That sould cost < 200 dollars.

Good Luck
