I dropped the flange nut that holds the high pressure line on to the rack. Does anyone know what size nut it is? I searched fordparts dot com and it is listed as HN2 in the diagram. Not a lot of help. I continued the search and found part number W520413-S301 listed as a M8 nut. I need to know the threads per inch. Any help would be great.

Thank you

you say you "dropped" the nut. when i do stuff like this (which is often) i find it's easier to keep searching for the dropped fastener. a magnet and a good flashlight helps. it's gotta be there somewhere.

it's either 8mm X 1.00 or 8mm X 1.25. Buy one of each at home depot for a buck or less. You can return the one you don't use if you need the cash;)
