I am going to swap out the front axle on my 2001 Sport Trac this weekend and will be needing to get a socket for the big nut that holds the axle into the knuckle. Anyone know the size?

wow you're doing an SAS and you've never removed the hub-to-cv nut before

If you don't know how big your nuts are, you have more problems than can be fixed on this site. ;) :D

Thanks for the help...and the comments. Replaced the upper ball joint, axle, pads, rotors (slotted and cross drilled), and an oil change for ha ha's this weekend. Took about 2 1/2 hours. No more squeaks, and stops on a dime.
