O2 Explorer Won't Start

I rolled my 02 Ford Explorer XLT 4x4 with [hopefully] minimal damage. It was driven off of rollback after wreck. So far I have:

Pulled plugs
Drained Oil
Fuel Reset
Replaced Starter (was broken when I got under it)
Charged Battery

Now my problem. It will not fully turn over. It will spin over and stop. Any ideas?

Fuel, spark, and air. I would start by checking fuel pressure at the rail.

You have oil in your cylinders (hydraulic cylinder's) from the engine being upside down or sideways. You can bend a rod if the engine was running too long with oil in the cylinders. Pull the plugs, turn it over for a while, maybe try to flush it with fuel? I don't know the best method too clean them out, but be careful if put fuel in the cylinders and turn the engine over...the loose spark plug wires will ignite the excess fuel and more, like maybe your house and/or garage.
