O2 Sensor, Changed due to mileage?

Had the CEL come on. Got it scanned and it shows to be the Bank 1 Sensor 2 O2 sensor. Got me wondering if I should change out ALL the O2 Sensors at a certain mileage count. Rock Auto had Motorcraft units and a note on their site stating that 100k is the recommended replacement interval.

The S/T is a 2002 V6 4.0l with 206 on the odometer.

Thoughts?

How many o2 sensors are on this truck? I Have 180k on the odometer and I'm wondering the same things...

If you are going to do them, I would only bother with the front 2 unless the rear are having issues. The rear 2 do nothing but rat the cats out for being removed.
