O2 sensor removal problem on an 03 Sport.

hello everybody,

I'm trying to change the o2 censors on my 2003 sport explorer but i'm realy having a hard time trying to get the censor by bank1. how do i remove and change that censor?
anybody help will be deeply Thankfull, I just can't reach that sensor.
