OBD-1 & EEC-IV Laptop Software?

Does anyone know of any good laptop type software and cable for an OBD-I '94.

I have found some really great stuff already, but it's all '96+ OBD-II.

Here is one product called Autotap. I know nothing about it other than the user interface looks cool I'm not sure how functional it would be. It's also a bit pricey at around $200. But I guess if you are constantly making engine changes, being able to save the historical data in a graphic output my be kind of nice.
