OBDII Error Code: 0403

Can any of you tell me what error code 0403 is? The check engine light is on and will not go off. I believe this is an O2 sensor, but not sure. The code scanner I borrowed did not have a book with it.

Weird, the Hayne's manual doesn't have that code listed. 0402 is EGR excessive flow, but who knows if it's something close to that.

First, what is the DPFE?
Second, I might have submitted incorrect information. The code might have been P0430. What is that?

BTW, the X drives the same as always. I've had it for three years now.
