od light flashing sometimes

Here is my problem. 2002 explorer xlt 4x4 5r55w tranny 90,000 miles. od starts flashing when you've been on the freeway for about a minute. I shut the engine off and it resets. It shifts fine and feels fine otherwise. The code I get is po761 I believe. Either way it says torque converter clutch stuck off. It got a new torque converter at 30,000 miles(under warrenty) along with a tranny service. I have now serviced it again(fluid and filter) along with a new solinoid pack with no results.There was no metal on the magnet and the fluid was'nt that bad(seen worse in an e4od). Would any of the speed sensors do this? I am at a loss! please help!

Thanks for the info! Do I have to pull the tranny for a new valve body or can I do it with the tranny in the explorer?

You could leave the transmission in the vehicle.
