I have been lurking here for a while and decided to finally take the plunge and register. No, I do not have a problem to post but lately the info you guys have provided has been great and the guilt has gotten to me.
My family driver is a loaded '05 XLT V8 which at this point is the only vehicle in the stable that has not been modified. Wifey drives it most of the time while I cruise around in my Ranger commuter and a Big Bronco for fun. She has expressed an intrest in upgraded tunes, exaust and wheels. I have resisted, not wanting to mess with a brand new very $$$$ truck with a warranty, but its got a couple of years and 25K miles under its belt so the time has come.....so this means I have some work to do.
Tunes are already in the works thanks to Crutchfield, exaust will be next and then the wheels/tires if she can make up her mind if she wants to go street or dirt. I want to go with the new Rancho struts/lift if it gets good reviews and some larger tires but the shiney 20's and low profile tires are appealing to her.
Guess we will have to wait and see........
