I had liberally applied anti seize. I have vaccuumed the top of the plug to capture any broken porcelain.

How can I get it out? I am thinking needle nose pliers and going in from under the vehicle?
Maybe removing the exhaust manifold on passenger side?

whew, I got it out. The metal thread and 5/8 "waist" were in the plug hole.

There is a special spark plug removal tool good to have on hand in case of breakage of the original 2 piece style plugs. I have recently replaced mine with E3 diamondfires to avoid this issue going forward. There has since been a redesign of the motorcraft plugs to a one piece design as well. Liesle makes the tool, but Napa carries a version of it as well by a different make. Good luck.

The first post says its a v6 so the two piece design does not apply here.

Glad you got the plug out z13.
