Oil and oil filters

Just wondering what everyone is running on their X's ect. If a Motorcraft filter is better than say Fram or something. I used to run Mobil 1 and an AC Delco Filter in my Blazer. Not sure what i'm going to use in the X, wanting to hear some opinions.

Thanks for the help, seems like buying the fram filter and the castrol blend was a good thing on my part. I'll prob switch to a motorcraft filter and some syn, oil maybe valvoline.
