Hi everyone...so excited right now. Just bought my second used explorer. The wife is taking the 94 limited and I bought a 97 EB with the V8 AWD. After looking under it from the front i see what looks like to be a oil cooler. What i am looking at is right underneath the front bumber about 12" long and 3" wide, with two lines coming into it. It looks to small to be a tranny cooler.
the Dreded blend door was fixed about 10,000 miles ago on it so i hope the design will last now.
Off to change oil on it right now...gonna do this truck with Mobil 1. Has 90,000 miles on it so I think i'll be o.k. to convert it over at this time. the previous owners really babied it.
