i bought my 99 sport about a month ago. it has 30k miles on it. i live in jersey and we got 14" of snow today so i was using the 4wheel drive. when i start the truck when its really cold, the oil pressue gauge is all the way down, then if i rev the engine a few times, it shoots back up.

also when i busted threw a few large snow drifts, my ABS light would come on. if i turn the truck off and start it again it would be fine. but it only seemed to happen when i went threw a lot of snow.

You need a new oil sender

These are only about $6 and that is a common problem. It is only a switch that gets sluggish. Your gauge does not read pressure.
