Oil Pressure problems

I've got a fluctuating oil pressure gauge. It only happens when I'm driving.

at tickover it's normal pressure.

Here's a video of what's happening.

Could it be a faulty sender or a faulty oil pump?

I did an oil change yesterday cos it was doing this.

forgot to add that when I blip the throttle it usually goes back to the centre of the gauge
