OK, I'm in the club of people who have sheared a bolt

This sucks!! I was putting together my lower intake manifold and torquing the bolts according the spec and on the second to last one, SNAP!! Sheared the bolt off and now the remaing piece is in the engine block. I have decided not to take off the manifold since I have already sealed it with RTV silicone and a new gasket. Damn, everything was going great today too. This ruined it all. Has anyone ever done this with the lower intake manifold. Guess its time to go to Ford and get some new bolts since no hardware store has them. Also, every screw extractor is no where near as long as I need it to be. Any ideas on where to get some LONG screw extractors?

Hmm ,we got all kinds of easy outs etc. here at work , but none that are very long . I think the manifold may have to come back off.
I guess its a lesson for all of us to get new bolt in the first place.
Sorry not much help maybe someone will know better.
