Optima Yellow Top accessory terminals

Hey Guys, I wondering if anybody has put posts on the accessory terminals on the sides of Optima Yellow Top/Red Top batteries. I've been looking for some posts to screw into these spots but I can't find them at any auto parts stores.

I want to run my power wires for my amp from the side terminals and leave the top terminals for everything else. Anybody know where I can get these screw in terminals?

really? all the local parts stores here carry post adapters for side terminal batteries....

Well i have two red tops with side posts and i just used some bolts. I pretty sure its 3/8 corse thread, but i will check for sure tomorrow. I just took the bolt put a nut on it, then a special washer for this purpose, then put the wire on the bolt, screw the bolt in the batt as far as it will go, then snug up the nut. It works prefect. I'll take a pic tomor morn for ya.

I have them on my red top. I think they're just common chevy side post termal studs things... All our auto parts stores have them

As the last resort go to www.crutchfield.com , they have them. You'll pay top dollar but they have them. They carry StreetWires, Rockford Fosgate, and such.

I checked this morning and the bolts are 3/8 corse thread. The length will depend on how many wires you have. I picked up all this stuff at my local hardware store for a dollar. Why spend money on posts for no reason. Heres a pic.
