Other vacuum line hose with KKM?

I know that the KKM comes with a aluminum thing to connect one vacuum hose to the KKM. Do you just leave the other one hanging? If so, which one do you connect, and which one do you leave hanging. I have one that is black with a yellow stripe and one that is black.

you just leave the thick rubber hose hangin, and plug the plastic stiff one, at least thats the way it is on my 91

Tac is right. The soft rubber hose goes to the damper in the old air intake tube.

The other one (stiff plug) provides vacuum from the intake manifold to actuate the damper. Thats the one you plug and wiretie up out of the way.
