overdrive flashing irregulary

hi, I have a problem with my overdrive light. It sometimes flash (after few minutes drive). Sometimes not. I got crazy about it. Does anyone have any idea what could be the reason of that ?

Theres a problem in the transmission somewhere, best bet is to get the codes pulled and find out what. Given your location, it might not be so easy, hows the driveability?

The scanner has to be capable of reading manufacturer specific codes.

I'm going through it right now--it's likely due to the notorious transmission slip in 2nd/3rd gear. If that's what it is, the more you drive, the more damage you may be doing. Take it somewhere and get the codes read (My code was T0732-"Gear 2 Incorrect ratio").

Right now I'm looking at around 2200 for a rebuilt trans, but that comes with a 2yr/20K warranty.
