Since I'm getting a new headliner done in my suv, I'm considering to add an overhead TV/DVD for my son. I don't know what to look for and what size should be a good size. I've been looking for them on ebay and the prices varies so much. I'm not looking for anything expensive. I guess no more than $200 Max and I think a good size is a 10 inches TV/DVD.

What should I look for?

Realistically for a decent quality overhead with built in DVD player plan on spending between $400-500. If you go for a better quality better brand plan on spending $750 on up.

+1 on what Adarkol said. Size is up to you. IIRC, there is a support brace in Explorers, so weight shouldn't be an issue. I would recommend sticking with well known brands. It sux when you by a cheap one, it dies and you can't find anything to fit the spot it fits, and the manufacturer is nowhere to be found.
