P0133 and P0340 Codes

My daughters 1998 Explorer Bauer 4.0 SOHC is showing P0133 and P0340 codes and the O/D Off light is blinking. Can anyone direct me to the proper forum or pertinent thread? Thanks in advance.

the p0133 code is the o2 sensor. in my case i have to replace bank 1 sensor 1 which is passenger side before the cat. only problem is that i cannot do it myself it is to hard to get too.
