Looks like the o2 sensor on the out of the cat that is popping this code, when I look, it appears that there is only 1 o2 sensor on the out of one cat, all the parts stores and the dealer says there should be 2 for a 99 5L (one at the out of each cat)
The dealer calls it a monitor sensor, not a O2 sensor too
looks like a PITA to replace too....
