Have had this issue with my '96 4.0 for a while.
When cold engine I could often hear that one cylinder was missing, but after about 10 seconds it was ok.
A few weeks later I get the DTC P1151 code (Lack of upstream HO2S switch, sensor indicates lean (bank #2), and I have also noticed that a small amount of engine coolant is missing.
Today I removed all spark plugs, and I could easily see that the spark plug on the front left cylinder was a bit different than all others. See picture below.
I now assume that I could have an issue with my cylinderhead gasket, or is there another explanation for this ?
