Just bought a 2006 explorer and it is throwing a check engine light. Funny part is that the light came on during the test drive and the dealer was supposed to fix it. They replaced the one rear 02 sensor after the Cats but it came back now a few weeks later with the same exact code. I took a picture of it at the dealership just in case it came back. P2270 02 sensor Signal Stuck Lean Bank 1, Sensor 2 is the code. I believe this would be the passenger side sensor after the Cat right? I need to crawl under it again and see if that's the one they replaced. If it is it, is it possible it's a faulty sensor they installed?
Also, I can't be sure but it sounds like it has an exhaust leak now that we picked it back up. It did not sound like that when we test drove it.
