part numbers for manual 1354 transfercase conversion

I thought I saw the part numbers for some of the parts needed for the 1354 manual transfercase conversion posted someplace.

My search came up with a shift linkage # 0F0T27210-A

Does anyone know the numbers for the:
knob
boot for automatic
plate for automatic
bushing(shift lever to linkage)

I just completed my conversion, when I went to my local dealer I got a price of $134 for the linkage, and the plate was not in the computer.
I ended up getting the linkage from the salvage yard and got a Hurst shift boot,cut out a small portion the existing plate a put a slit in the carpet.

Unfortunately most junk yards dont seem to keep the shifter hardware- they are interested in selling the trans, or the transsfer case.


To add to the above list Chris (isles4ever) sent me the following info:

Shift leaver assembly: F0TZ-7210-A
Shift Boot: E9TZ-7277-A
Auto trans plate: E9TZ-7479-B


The lever assembly part number in my first post was bad info looks like it was copied wrong.

The bushing (shift lever to linkage) part number is: FTOZ-7335-A

I went to Ford to get the shift linkage, and i found out the prices were changed 2 days after i got quoted. Who would have thought they were goin to jump up to almost 400 dollars from the 130? So i'm in the process of tryin to locate the shift linkage...anyone found any good sources?
