Not only did you do the work yourself but have the satisfaction of telling anyone that listens to you that you did all the work yourself and saved hundreds of dollars! Good Job.
Finally after spending a least $280 dollars every time at Midas I tackled the job myself. I watched a video and replaced the rotors and pads in a hour at the cost of $140 dollars. Now the next job is to fix the windows found that the wire broke in the rubber boot.
Got some bad news Drove the truck from Seattle to AZ and kept hearing the brakes make a screeching sound. Finally took the truck over to Firestone and they told me the back pads were missing completly (guess I didn't put them in tight enough. They replaced the pads but it might have damaged the rotors... Granted its' all working now, but the truck still makes a screeching sound when I brake (sometimes) it's kind of embarrassing.
Also new issue (hopefully someone can point me in the right direction) When I put the truck in park it tends to still move just a little and I've noticed that it's not always in park.. I have had to switch the truck into neutral to start it. So far i've read it could be a fuse or something simple... DO I really want to do this job myself... after my last fk up.. NO
