pass side windsheild wiper wont spray fluid

i have a 95 explorer and the paaenger side wiper sprayer doesnt spray fluid any suggestions, ive stick a needle in there but that didnt help, its more annoying then anything but would like it to work

Pop the colwing/hood and disconnect the rubber tube going into the srpay nozzle, check if fluid sprays out of that. If it doesnt, then keep tracing that tubing back to the pump. If it does spray, then the spray nozzle is clogged.

You can also try disconnecting each tubing from each nozzle and swapping them -- process of elimination.
