Passenger power seat won't go up or down

My 2015 Ford Explorer front passenger seat won't go up or down in the back. The motor for this action has 12 volts when I activate the back switch of the 3. Other two motors run from switch. Can't find any information on motor number to find a replacement. Motor p/n is AA 01C716-A5U8. Any on have ideas where one can be obtained outside of Ford dealership?

That doesn't look like a Ford part number and doing an Internet search comes up with nothing. I searched this site for an XLT. Not sure if that is what you have since it wasn't identified in your post or profile. Search Results | Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake I don't know if those are correct or not. Seems not according to the description.
