Passenger Window Doesnt Work

Hey guys.. My STOCK Passenger window does not work. Everytime the button for that window is pushed down, the light for the doors goes a little dim. By the way my Explorer is a 97 with well over 100K miles.. Whats wrong? Thanks! BTW, im a new member!

do you hear anything? the gears maybe broken or it could be stuck or the motor could be fried but still draw power

WELCOME

When your pushing the window buttom, you are basically grounding the window motor. Your trying to make it go down (or up) when the motor doesn't want to do it. First thing i would do is look into swapping the motor. Go to a junkyard......
