PCV VALVE (where is it????????)

I have looked toward the rear of the egr valve,towards the rear of the fire wall and still I can not find the pcv valve.I have a 1997 ford explorer V8 AWD limited.Can some 1 please tell me where is the pcv valve located?How can I get to it.
