I'm itching to get out soon!. But, I wont be able to do anything until after maybe Feb.Busy starting up my Business.
I'm following the posts, so lets keep everyone informed.

gtmazz i am actually in turnersville too if you can break away for a short run its about 35-40 minutes from us and an easy route so you can cut out early if you need to.

i would like to meet as many of you guys as possible. who knows the next trip might be to a place like paragon or somewhere else on the more wild side. i figure you are more likely to go on an all day trip if you know who you are going with.

and well i lied .... my exhaust IS done, i have been running with open pipes for 2 days and its (the noise)not bad at all. i will probably wind up with resonator tips but thats it. this weekend it will still be open tho.

also what channel do you want to run the cb on ?

I would really like to join you guys this weekend but I have to have my truck in the shop to get my steering box replaced. if there is any other weekend that there is going to be a group going I would like to join.
just so you know I am still new to going off roading so I might need some help with things but I am willing to learn

I was at pendell for hours today. I saw a bronco II, Old fords, Chevys and even some quads. But no Explorers. If I had not gone w/ a bunch of other people I would have been put out that no one showed up. Oh, well.

well guys, i was at pendell at 10:00 saturday morning, stayed till 12:30 and called it quits. there was nobody there. boring as hell

hey hix i posted that i was going saturday, i could have switched it to sunday easily, just let me know next time.

IF WE CAN GET EVERYONE TO AGREE ON A TIME AND DATE, lets try again.
is that truck ready to roll yet J91FORD?

i still want to give the tank a real testing but need to be sure there is someone to pull me back out if things get sticky.

hey tank i was just back there today (Monday)i didnt see no other explorers back there but i am ready to go again anytime just say the date and i will be there maybe this weekend?? i got stuck today i had to call my dad to give me a tug out. So im looking for someone to go with in case i need i pull. anytime you want im there.

this weekend is supposed to be cold as hell and after all this week being around or under 0 all the puddles will be frozen.

i think i would rather wait for a warm spell, getinto some mud rather than ride over the hard frozen ground.

also i need a weekend to do some work on the ol' truck.

lets just play it by ear and see, i can go any saturday at the drop of a hat with no planning, sundays would take some more arranging.

you gonna be in hix ?
by the way ...what ever happened to that millenium run in mariland ?

Where is Pendell?? I'm the Maryland Millinium Run organizer... I've post poned it to a later date due to mods... and money. However when I do do it it will be held hopefully at Paragon Adventure Park I'll keep everyone posted... At anyrate, I may want to go along this weekend... Oh Yeah....Explorerdude, It is a hour and a half or so from Baltimore. I think. I also thought of a way to fix the rocker prob you have and get this....it's cheap.

10:00 is fine. I will meet at either place whatever every one else wants to do i rather meet on the side of the road but we can do what ever. can't wait!

pendell is just outside of philly
95n to the woodhaven exit to rout 1 to the pendell exit .... about 1/4 mile (or less) from the exit there is and overpass once you get under it watch the right side ...there is an opening in the trees ..... thats it

its prety small ( nothing like paragon ) alot of mud , some seems to be crazydeep, theres a wide stream about 25 yards or so .... shallow and "buy a new engine" deep areas. its not really a big challenging area but alot of fun.

and sign me up for the paragon trip, no matter when i am there ( i love that place ) and if eagle has his beast ready im sure he will be interested.

i will be there between 10:00 and 11:00 ...if no one is out by the road ill just go in and meet you at the top of the hill just to the left after the trail in.

One questionfor the Eastcoasters out there. Why are the news stations being so stupid?

Oh my god people out here piss me off. All day people are crying bout the huge snowfall we got. They even named the storm! WINTER STORM AMANDA. OOOHHHH! Grab a shovel and a gallon of water for each person! Don't forget the Toilet Paper! Now they have crisis reports and the news interupts the damn good sitcoms to say how the region was
BLASTED by the WHOPPING 3.3 inches of snow. Banks are closed, schools are closed people are wrecking all over the place. It didn't even stick to the roads! They are just wet!

Sorry I had to vent. I would hate to see what a storm like the one that hit my hometown 2 years ago would do to this place.
We got 54" in one weekend. It was great! I was out playin in my truck (91 Nissan w/6inches and 35s) for days. None of the Schools closed. I did skip Marketing and Accounting for three days, the powder on the slopes was too much to pass up. Great boarding. It will remain one of the best weeks I will ever have.

Anyway, Let's all meet on the side of the road at 10am if you can't make it till later come on in and we will be on Ch. 21 on the CB
