Performance Headers & Exhaust ???

What make of headers would fit into my 92 4.0L with the least amount of fabrication? Where would I purchase these headers? Same questions in regard to a cat-back exhaust system? Thanks so much for your help. This sit has inspired me to keep my much beloved explorer.

I have the Borla headers on my rig and they take no modefication what so ever! Also they have a million mile guarentee on them. As far as the exhaust i have the gibson cat back and love the tone of it. It is not really loud at idle but gets loud around 2500-3000 RPM. Has a nice small block tone and does not sound like a little v6 anymore. Both of these things can be found at Performance Products
