2010 Ford Explorer 4.6L 3v V8 Performance Headers

I have searched through many websites looking for an upgrade for my headers. It seems there are currently none that are manufactured specifically for the the ford explorer but some that are made for the 4.6 3v. So basically I am turning to this forum to maybe tell me about some that I missed or ones that could be put in with some re arrangements to the stock setup.

Hi how is everyone i have a question i have a 06 explorer 4.6 and want to know if anyone found headers for it it is all wheel drive or 4x4 and it is a 3v

I'm looking at this also, the big issue with fitting other makes headers is that the steering shaft is VERY close to the drivers side assembly. I've wondered about buying a set of JBA headers for the 02-05 4.6s and having a 3v flange welded on instead of the 2v. An added cost. But I bet it beats the custom open checkbook route by a mile. If its practical.

the ford mustang ones fit i think but need some modification on one side. cant remember which someone used long tube headers
