did you get everything hooked up system wise?

looks sweet,: also thanks for what u do 2:thumbsup:

I like the red. Nice deep colour. The blue lights are cool too. Do you ever use the truck for any work related activities?

Nice lights. I'm a Volunteer FF as well, and I'm using a Whelen Talon knockoff in my 02 XLT. I've got most of my light budget for this year going into the 03 Marauder since I drive it more than the Exp. I wish I had never sold my Havis Shield console now.

I have always liked that red, all you need is a lift.

MACKNOS... yes the system is all hooked up...

DUAL HU - DUAL 1000w 2 channel AMP - KENWOOD 220w 5x7's - KENWOOD 12'' 1200w SUBS...

97AWDX... i want a 2'' RB lift that would level my X so bad !!!... idk where in PHILLY i could have someone install them though... but before i get the lift, i want to get my tires taken care of first, so i dont look jacked up on tiny tires...

next big investment for me will be upgrading my BRAKES...

i want HAWK PADS for sure... idk if i should go performance or not... just a better pad with less dust and i will be happy... any suggestions ???

Hawk pads are the way to go, that's what I'm going with this summer, I'm also going to invest in some Frozen Rotors. I'll help you with the install on the spacers, I'm only about 1.5 hours away.

COZMIK.. to answer your question...

yes i use my X for " work "... if im out and about or at home and my pager goes off for a call, even if im not on duty... i will turn on the lights and go to the firehouse... or for example... last week i was actually heading to the firehouse just hang out with the boys, and on my way.. a big accident happened in front of me at an intersection, so i put the lights on for warning to other people... so i have a " saftey " for when i got out of the X to check on Patients...

with power comes responsiblity for sure

97awdx... how long did it take for you to install the lift ????

also with the HAWK PADS... which should i look at ????

Good on ya man!!! You emergency services guys are true heroes.

ha thanks for the nice words bro... but im goin to be honest with you... i dont feel like a hero at all when im on the clock or just volunteering when im bored...

to me what i do is simply FUN ! i dont need drugs or stuff like that to get " high " if you will... i do it for the ADRENILINE RUSH !!!!!! nothing like goin into fire at like 1000 degrees and GETTIN SOME !!! lol

but again thanks for the nice words man !!

NO prob. My friend is a cop. He says pretty much the same thing about the job....but I know it takes a special kind to do it day in and day out. A lot of stress and pressure. Jobs not for the faint of heart.

Whacker ;)

Caldwell, how old are you out of curiosity?

Nice lights, I'm running 2 dual BLUE/WHITE talons on the rear deck, Whelen talon (B/B) on the front headliner, 2 Axixtech TIR4's in the grille (B/W) and one one each side of the back window (B/W) Controlled by a Brooking Industries digital switchbox.

looks nice caldwell keep up the good work
