Pictures of Borla on 91-94?

Does anyone that has installed the Borla exhaust system on their '91-'94 have pictures of where the pipe exits? I am thinking about getting this system, but I want to see how it looks first.

While I know that it is not all about looks, that is a factor in my decision. Any one with pics would be a great help.

If it's custom, you can have them run the pipes any way you want.

You must be referring to a custom exhaust setup with a Borla muffler, because Borla no longer makes a cat-back for a 91-94.

the borla setup is pretty simple to describe: REAR exit, directly below the bumper, directly behind the right rear tire, the rest is nearly exactly as stock, except it hangs slightly lower underneath the truck. they do still make them for the 91-94 xlt, but not the sport. sorry, dont have pics...hope this helps.

That's right. Owners of 91-94 Sports who want a Borla cat-back will want to order their Borla muffler and then have a shop do the pipes.

The simplest way to fit a Borla muffler in a 91-94 Sport is to order it "offset inlet" and "center outlet". This way the pipe will route exactly as stock, taking advantage of the factory sound insulation Ford put under the body on my 94 Sport.

i just received the performance products fall/winter catalog and they still have the borla catback available for all explorers..starting from $415

To the best of my knowledge, Borla did stop making a cat-back for 91-94 Sports. It's always possible they have re-started production, but I doubt Borla would re-start production of a cat-back on a vehicle which has steadily shrinking numbers. There's a lot more owners of newer Sports and XLTs/EB's out there for Borla to sell to.

Borla Sport Cat Back

About 2 years ago I ordered a Borla cat back for my 94 sport from Car parts and found out Borla no longer makes it for the sport but at that time it was still listed on Borlas web page so I *****ed at them enough that they made me one at no additional cost, So I think I got the last one they made for the Sport. I also have Borla headers and a hi flo cat on my truck it was worth the all the *****ing and waiting.
