Pioneer FH-P404 Success!

I just got my Explorer back today with the Double-DIN FH-P404 unit by Pioneer - CD, tape, 40x4 out, etc. It needed a 1/4 inch filler on all sides, custom fabricated, but it looks and works amazingly. I recommend if you're looking for one for a 95+ Explorer, go with FH-P404, as it is a 1999 model radio, and I got it all done for $425 even, and the radio was originally $499 + tax, installation, labor, etc.

Does this allow the rear controls to work as well. I am wanting to upgrade but want to make sure the rear controls continue to work.
