I ordered a Superchip and a billet grill on 6/26 and they still have no estimated ship date. I call every week but it does me no good. Has anyone else had back order problems? The 1/3 off coupon seemed good at time of order but I'd rather pay full price just to get my parts!!

Well, I had a similar problem when I bought my PC. My vid card was on backorder (Vodoo 3 3000) and they took forever to ship it. Then when I got it, I got the infamous "blue screen" on first start-up. Well, after sending it back 2 times, talking to many supervisors, and getting the credit card company that was used to purchase it involved (Master Card) they finally replaced the mother board and fixed it. Maybe try talking to a supervisor and/or getting you credit card co involved (if used). I don't know bout the other parts but I think you can still get a discount at Smartyparts.com for a Superchip for being a forum member...check it out? Otherwise, I'd tell to take their coupon and..well..ya know!!!:shoot:
 






Get your money back and call Smarty Parts. For $180 out the door, you can get your chip and a thank you letter signed by the man, himself. ( Nice touch, I thought). Mine was received 7 days after I Called.
