Yes thank you, naxja is great just got on there. They all say I shouldda taken out my 8.8 of my Ex when I had her ha ha. The manifold is cracked at the base right where the downpipe bolts on, told its a common problem. The other day it would not start... You were right my friend its a NSS (Neutral Safety Switch) and its noplace near cheap, @ about 225.00 So I have rewired my backem up lights and my neutral/park start to switchs. I have autozone shackles on it now with some cheapo coil spacers for time being. Its a new expierence having this part time tc and solid axles. The dana's are both worthless can't wait to upgrade. I think this is going to be my trail rig once its done I still wanna run with some explorers seeing as how I'm puttin explorer rear end into it and explorer shocks when I do the lift. Also puttin my explorer stealth box into it. Might even get an explorer badge just to F with the jeep guys.

At the risk of getting run out of here...for off road I'd take my old XJ any day...

Jeepforum.com and Jeepsunlimited.com are good sources of info. The demographic is a little different- Jeepsunlimited is more active and seems to be a younger crowd.

The manifolds are a constant problem. There are EBay headers, Borla headers...and I think one other solution that is optimal, but I don't remember the details. ON the forums you can try to look up a vendor...Nick (something) that does business under his handle "Kolak". He is VERY knowledgeable on upgrades, replacement parts & etc. He can be hard to get hold of, but sells good stuff at lower costs with his minimal overhead.
