You should just paint them all black, not plastidip. Bumpers and Nerf bars are better painted.

Well its a sport and the bumpers are plastic my buddie had a hard time his plastic ones

Why would it be hard?
They make a bumper paint. I painted my bumpers are grill black with it.
As long as you use a good amount of adhesion promoter, as a base, you'll be fine.

I like it!! Looks so much better in my opinion.

Not to discourage you or your work, but I'll second the paint idea too. I plasti-dipped my bumpers as well and after one rainy day and a couple of puddles later, the plastidip was hanging off my bumpers like a black garbage bag. I have the cheap plastic bumpers as well. I absolutely hate Plasti-dip and the time I wasted.

But it still looks awesome. Let us know how it holds up!

I don't know what you did wrong but my dipped bumpers have held up fine for 2 years... I even had some d!ckhole run into my rear bumper and twist it, the plastidip is still fine.

I'm not against plasti dip, but there's places paint works better.
On plastics, paint.
But, I'm going to plastidip my rims shortly.. once I find some cheap dip.

Glad to hear it man! Keep on rockin' with it. I didn't mean to offend anyone with my comment, was simply sharing an opinion. Plasti-dip is a hit or miss with some people and I guess I was in the minority. Oh well. I hope everything keeps looks great for years to come.

It rained all night and its 20 here looks like I won't be painting today lol and I went with plasti dip because I didn't know if it would look good but I love how thick and dark it looks with just one coat and I was just gunna rip or rub it off if I didnt like it if I can spot it in tow ill snap a pic of it...its a f350 and the whole truck is plasti diped lol has been since I got back from training for the army (8 months) and it looks bad ass lol
